Things to Know

Burning...

No fire shall be kindled or maintained on Sunday or legal holidays, but shall be permitted on Monday-Saturday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Small Campfires Excluded

All fires must be tended at all times until the fire is out.

Nuisance...

Foxburg Borough residents are reminded that we have an ordinance prohibiting nuisances, including abandoned motor vehicles, abandoned or junk personal property, dangerous structures, and accumulation of garbage, rubbish or solid waste.

 

Dogs...

It is unlawful to allow dogs to run at large, at any time, either upon the streets, alleys or public grounds in the Borough of Foxburg unless accompanied by and under control of an owner, custodian or keeper when on a leash. 1st.All dogs must be licensed and have current vaccinations. New license are required every January.

Brush, Grass, Weeds...

No owner, occupant, lessee or other person having an interest in land in the Borough of Foxburg shall permit or allow to grow in height in excess of six (6) inches, any weeds, brush, grass or other vegetation which is not edible or planted for some useful or ornamental purpose upon the land owned, occupied, or leased by such person.
